At Solstice Boutique, your satisfaction means everything to us. While each ring is made to order with care and precision, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out exactly as expected. That’s why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to give you peace of mind.
30-Day Return & Exchange Window
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible:

The item must be in its original, unworn condition

It must be returned in the original packaging

The return must be initiated within the 30-day window
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Simply email our support team at info@solstice-boutique.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping

U.S. Customers: Return shipping is free for the first return or exchange.

International Customers: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? No problem, we’re happy to offer one free exchange per order. Exchanges follow the same 30-day policy and must also be returned in original, unworn condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll prioritize your replacement and make it right as quickly as possible.
