Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Solstice. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy below before placing an order.
1. Overview & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee (from delivery date) on most products, provided they are returned in their original condition (unused, unaltered, with all original packaging and accessories).

Some items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges (for hygiene, safety, or supplier restrictions). If a product is non-returnable, we’ll clearly state that on the product page.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us (via email or our contact form) within 30 calendar days of receipt, and the item must be shipped back within a further 7 calendar days of our return authorization.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Reason for return or exchange

Photos (if damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped)

We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions (where to ship, how to package).

Pack the item securely in original packaging (if possible), include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase, and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Ship the package within 7 calendar days of receiving the RA to the address we provide. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
3. Return Shipping Costs & Conditions

We make returns easy — if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.

The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable, except in the case of our error.
4. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. We reserve the right to refuse a return that doesn’t meet eligibility conditions (e.g. item is used, damaged beyond normal wear, missing parts, or not in original packaging).

If approved, we will issue a refund or exchange per your request.

If rejected, we will notify you and, at your option, ship the item back to you (at your cost) or dispose of it (if you decline to pay shipping).
5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

Processing time: Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

If you receive a full or partial refund, we will notify you by email.
6. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different color, model, or size (if applicable), please specify that in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item costs more, you may need to pay the difference.

If the replacement item costs less, we will refund the difference.
7. Defective or Wrong Items
If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong item:

Please notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt, with photos showing the issue.

We will cover all return shipping costs and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping).

For defective or damaged items, we may ask for the returned item before approving refund/exchange.
8. Partial Refunds & Deductions
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued (for example, if an item is returned in a used condition, missing parts, or damaged). We reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs from your refund to account for loss in product value.
9. Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order any time before we ship. Once an order has been dispatched, you’ll need to follow the return process described above.

If you cancel before shipping, we will refund your full order amount (including any taxes or fees), less any costs incurred (if applicable).
10. Exceptions & Special Cases

Digital goods, downloadable content, gift cards: non-returnable / non-refundable (if applicable).

Sale or clearance items: may only be refundable or exchangeable at the discretion of the store; we’ll clearly state when an item is final sale.

Third-party supplier rules: some supplier partners may impose additional constraints or restocking fees. In those cases, we will inform you in advance.
